All items are available for exchangeonly for store credit. No refunds are permitted because each piece is a one off and are made to order.
Details on receiving store credit on returned Brielle item(s):
- You are required to send the item(s) back unworn, in its original condition, including the tags, within the original packaging.
- The item(s) will need to be sent back to us using a tracked shipping method and received by us within 14 days of you receiving the order.Tracking number will need to be emailed to us.
- You will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred to send the item(s) back to us.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue you your store credit by email if it meets the conditions outlined above.
