Returns/ Exchanges Policy
Please note: once your order is placed it cannot be canceled.
All items on sale are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. We do not provide refunds.
Custom orders are final sale. 
All regular priced items are available for exchange only for store credit. No refunds are permitted because each piece is a one of and are made to order.

Details for receiving store credit on returned BRIELLE item(s):
-To start a return email from the same email address that you placed your order with.

- You are required to send the item(s) back unworn, in its original condition, including the tags, within the original DHL flyer pouch.
- The item(s) will need to be sent back within 14 days of receiving the order. 
- You will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred to send the item(s) back.
If you wish to do an exchange, then shipping fees incurred will be deducted from your store credit. 
-Return shipping fees vary by country .The shipping fees will be advised to the customer once a request has been made .
-We will then go ahead and send a return label to you.
-Do not send items back with your own label. We only accept returns with the DHL return label provided by our company. Any returns sent with the incorrect label will not be accepted and will automatically be sent back to you. 
-Items can only be exchanged one time. Sales from store credit cannot be exchanged a second time. 
-Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue you your store credit by email if it meets the conditions outlined above. The return shipping fees will be deducted from your store credit. 
-BRIELLE reserves the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the 14-day period or the return of any item which is not in the same condition as when received or that was not returned using our shipping method. 

The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may occur during shipping. BRIELLE is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments that are being delivered with courier companies. If you are having an issue with your shipment after it has been shipped from our warehouse then please contact the shipping company directly.  
Unexpected delays may occur with courier companies which BRIELLE has no control over and cannot be held accountable for.

Canada: Under 400$ purchase is 30$ shipping. Over 350$ purchase is FREE. 1-3 business days.

Europe & UK: Under 600$ purchase is 30$ shipping. Over 600$ purchase is FREE. 2-5 business days.

Australia Under 800$ purchase is 38$ shipping. Over 800$ is FREE. 4-7 business days

United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia: Under 950$ purchase is 49$ shipping. Over 950$ purchase is FREE shipping 4-7 business days.

China, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Singapore: Under 950$ purchase is 49$ shippingOver 950$ purchase is FREE shipping 4-7 business days.

Brazil: is 69$ shipping. 4-7 business days.

Colombia: Under 650$ purchase is 55$ shipping. Over 650$ purchase is FREE.1-2 business days.

Serbia, Mexico, Jamaica: is 49$ shipping. 4-7 business days.

Any other location that is not listed above will be 75$ shipping if the purchase amount is under 1200$. If it is over 1200$ then the shipping will be 20$. (shipping time will vary, please email us if you would like to know how long the shipping period will take).
