Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy


Order Cancellation Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. This is because each item is made to order specifically for each customer. There are no refunds.

Exchanges for Store Credit or Different Size (Regular / Full Priced Items)
Full priced items can be exchanged for store credit or for a different size only if the items are unworn or undamaged. Refunds are not permitted, as all pieces are made to order.

Final Sale Items
All sale and custom orders are final sale. These cannot be exchanged or returned, and no refunds are offered.

Measurements Responsibility 

Customers who provide their measurements and receive size recommendations or have a custom order made based on the measurements they provide must ensure that the measurements are accurate. It is important to note that if the item does not fit due to inaccurate measurements provided by the customer, the item will be considered final sale. In such cases, no store credit, exchanges, or refunds will be issued, as the responsibility for providing correct measurements lies solely with the customer. To Start an exchange or store credit:

  • Email us at info@brielleofficielle.com using the email you placed your order with, and include your order number.
  • Items must be sent back unworn, undamaged, with tags, in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

Shipping Fees for Returns
Return shipping fees vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility. Store credit will be provided after the garment has been inspected and the return has been received. We will deduct the return shipping fees from your store credit or, before providing the return label, we will send you a link to pre-pay the shipping fees.
Note: The return shipment must be repackaged in the exact same packaging as was originally provided. If the return instructions are not followed and a larger box or flyer is used, we reserve the right to charge a higher return shipping fee.

Return Shipping Process
We will send you a DHL return label. Do not use your own shipping label, as only the provided DHL label is accepted. Any return sent with an incorrect label will be rejected and returned to you.

One-Time Exchange Limit
Items can only be exchanged once. Items purchased with store credit cannot be exchanged again.

Return Approval
Once the item is received and inspected, you’ll receive your store credit via email. BRIELLE reserves the right to reject returns that are sent after the 14-day window or do not meet the return conditions.

Sold Out Items
If the item you want to exchange is sold out, you will receive store credit, but no refunds will be provided.

Shipping Information
Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes incurred during shipping.

Shipping Issues: BRIELLE is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once shipped. Please contact the courier directly for any issues after shipment.

Rejected Packages: If a package is rejected or refused by the customer upon delivery, BRIELLE will not be liable, and the item will not be accepted back. It is the customer’s responsibility to handle any issues with the courier directly.

Unexpected Delays: Unexpected delays may occur with courier companies, which BRIELLE has no control over and cannot be held accountable for.

Please be sure to review your order carefully before placing it. We reserve the right to charge a fee for reshipments in the case your address was incorrect, there were failed delivery attempts, and/or your package was sent back to our warehouse as an RTS (return to sender).
