Shipping, Returns, Refunds

Order Cancellation
All BRIELLE pieces are made to order specifically for each customer. We do not hold stock.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds are not offered.
Returns & Store Credit
As all items are made to order, refunds are not permitted.
Full-priced items may be returned for:
- Store credit, or
- A size exchange
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with original tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
A small restocking fee of 15% is applied to approved returns issued as store credit. This covers handling and processing, as each piece is made-to-order.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
- Sale items
- Sample sale items
- Custom orders
- Any items explicitly designated as final sale
Store Credit Terms
Store credit is issued once the returned item has been received and approved.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the credited amount.
Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid before a return label is issued.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Store credit can be used toward a future purchase.
Orders placed using store credit are treated as new orders. Standard shipping rates will apply at checkout, and these orders are final sale and not eligible for further exchange or return.
Size Exchanges
Size exchanges are limited to one per item.
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee.
Once a size exchange has been completed, the new item is final sale.
Shipping for Size Exchanges:
- Return shipping fees must be paid before a return label is issued
- A return shipping invoice will be sent via payment link
- Once paid, a return label will be provided
- The new size will be shipped after the original item has been received and inspected
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Measurement Responsibility
If measurements are provided, they must be accurate.
Items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
How to Start a Return
Please email info@brielleofficielle.com with:
- Full name
- Order number
- Item and size
- Requested size (if exchanging)
Return/ Exchanges Conditions & Timeline
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, with tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

Once a return label has been issued, the package must be dropped off with the courier within 3 business days.
If the package is not dropped off within this timeframe, the label may be cancelled and the return request will no longer be eligible.
Returns shipped outside of this window will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fees & Process
Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
The return shipping cost depends on the original shipping destination and return origin.
A return shipping invoice will be issued via payment link.
Return labels are issued only after the shipping invoice has been paid.
Store credit is issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Guidelines
- Only BRIELLE-issued return labels may be used
- Do not use your own shipping label
Returns sent with an unauthorized label will be rejected and returned to the sender.
Packaging Requirement:
Items must be returned in the original packaging or a similarly sized box. Larger packaging may result in additional shipping charges.
Return Approval
Once the item has been received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email.
BRIELLE reserves the right to reject returns that:
- Are sent after the 14-day return window
- Do not meet the return conditions
Shipping & Liability
Carriers: DHL or FedEx worldwide, Purolator within Canada
BRIELLE is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once shipped.
Courier delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or store credit.
Duties & Taxes
Shipping to USA:
All duties and taxes are covered by BRIELLE.
All other countries:
Customers are responsible for duties and taxes.
Failed Delivery / Return to Sender
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
A reshipment fee may apply.

Shipping Issues:
BRIELLE is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once shipped. Please contact the courier directly.
Rejected Packages:
If a package is refused, BRIELLE is not liable and the item will not be accepted back.
Unexpected Shipping Delays:
Courier delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or store credit.
Because every BRIELLE piece is made to order, we cannot cancel or refund orders once they have entered production or shipped.
