Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. This is because each item is made to order specifically for each customer.
There are no refunds.
General Return & Refund Policy
Please note: There are no refunds for any items listed or sold on our website as all items are made to order (we do not hold any stock).
We can only provide size exchanges or store credit.
Refunds are not permitted, as all pieces are made to order.
Final Sale Items
FINAL SALE ITEMS: NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, NO STORE CREDIT.
All sale, sample sale items, and custom orders are final sale. These cannot be returned or exchanged, and are not eligible for refunds or store credit.
Exchanges & Store Credit (Full-Priced Items)
Full priced items can be exchanged for store credit or a different size only if the items are unworn or undamaged.
Store Credit Terms
Store credit is issued for the value of the returned item minus any applicable return shipping fees and can be used toward a future purchase.
Orders placed using store credit are treated as new orders, and standard shipping rates will apply at checkout.
Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Final Sale on Exchanged Items:
Once an item has been exchanged, the new item is final sale and not eligible for further exchanges or returns.
One-Time Exchange Limit:
Items can only be exchanged once.
Items purchased with store credit cannot be exchanged again.
Sold Out Items:
If the item you want to exchange is sold out, you will receive store credit only, no refunds.
Measurement Responsibility
Customers who provide their measurements must ensure they are accurate.
If the item does not fit due to inaccurate measurements, the item will be considered final sale.
In such cases, no store credit, exchanges, or refunds will be issued.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, with tags attached.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Once the return shipping label is issued, you have 3 business days to ship the item.

Returns shipped after the 3-day window will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fees & Process
Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
The return shipping invoice amount depends on the original shipping destination and the location the return is being sent from.
Store credit is issued after the garment is received and inspected.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
A return shipping invoice will be sent via payment link.
Once the shipping fee is paid, we will provide the return label.
Packaging Requirement:
The return shipment must be in the exact same packaging as originally provided.
If not, we reserve the right to charge a higher return shipping fee.
Return Shipping Label Rules:
We will provide a prepaid return label.
Do not use your own shipping label.
Returns sent with an unauthorized label will be rejected and returned to you.
Size Exchanges (Same Style)
If a size exchange is approved:

Store credit will not be issued.

A return shipping invoice will be sent.

Once paid, we provide the return label.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
The new size ships after the original item is received and inspected.
Return Approval
Once the item is received and inspected, you’ll receive your store credit via email.
BRIELLE reserves the right to reject returns that:

Duties & Taxes
Shipping to USA:
All duties and taxes are fully covered by BRIELLE.
All other countries:
Customers are responsible for duties and taxes.

BRIELLE is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once shipped.

Rejected Packages:

Unexpected Shipping Delays:
Courier delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or store credit.
Because every BRIELLE piece is made to order, we cannot cancel or refund orders once they have entered production or shipped.
Return to Sender / Address Issues:
We may charge a reshipment fee if:
