These low-waisted leggings are crafted from multi-tone black jersey spandex featuring French tweed bouclé with lurex yarn for a touch of sparkle. The design includes a built-in elastic waistband for enhanced comfort and fit, and an integrated charm chain belt woven with black satin ribbon, adorned with quality 925 silver charms including a Dalmatian dog, bone, heart, butterfly, and circular crystal pendants.
