Each piece is a one off and therefore we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for returns. However, we do offer store credit on returns.
Details on receiving store credit on returned Brielle item(s):
- You are required to send the item(s) back unworn, in its original condition, including the tags, within the original packaging.
- The item(s) will need to be sent back to us using a tracked shipping method and received by us within 14 days of you receiving the order.
- You will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred to send the item(s) back to us.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue you your store credit by email if it meets the conditions outlined above.
If your item(s) arrives damaged, please email us at info@brielleofficielle.com within 5 days of receiving your item(s) and we will work with you to find a solution.
Please make sure to keep all original tags on the garments and the packaging it arrived in.
